Aquarius customer support begins prior to the sale of any equipment.

We are happy to discuss the needs of the particular application and offer our control and dosage recommendations.

We will provide a written quotation for supply or supply, installation and commissioning.

Training and familiarisation courses are routinely carried out with all our major distributors to enable their personnel to correctly select the optimum equipment for the particular job and carry out "best practice" installation, commissioning, and routine servicing.

Our manufactured equipment carries a 12 month warranty against faulty materials and workmanship from the date of installation of the equipment. Faulty units within the warranty period will be repaired and returned free of charge on freight paid return to our workshop for repair.

Our workshop has skilled personnel to carry out all repairs on any equipment manufactured by us, and also on the majority of competitive water treatment control and dosing equipment, at very competitive costs and with rapid turn around.
