Our around-the-clock operating controllers are incorporated with data-logging functions enabling users to log information on a per minute basis or longer.
Users can also access the controller remotely (via Aquarius AquaGuard 2 Software) to download data or adjust settings, allowing true 24/7 access to their water treatment system. |

Some of our recent research and development successes include:
- APL software introduced into our latest range of controllers uses self tuning technology that refines the controller ability to consistently achieve a desired set point with very limited deviation. This ability is now used on our pH and ORP control modules.
- Ground referencing of probes by isolating the sensor from external interference to ensure accurate measures from probes.
- Plug 'n' play making the control packages easy to use, service or upgrade.
- Data logging storage of 2400 lines of data as standard, and supplying an interface to extract the same as required.
- Remote control enabling the off site monitoring and control of equipment by modem.
- SMS alarming from controllers, for delivery of alarms to up to three mobile recipients. Individualised indication of fault and site location for accurate response.
- AquaGuard communication software allowing users to communicate remotely, download data into a comprehensive reporting package for analysis of system and water treatment performance.
- Modbus protocol to allow digital data transmission for DDC or building management computers.
- Combined probe designed to incorporating ORP/pH and Ground reference.
- Boot loading software to create controller intelligence and upgradeability.
- Conductivity probe incorporating flow temperature and conductivity in one piece, with improved water to probe contact for accurate measures.
- Corrosion monitoring using our ring probe design to supply a greater sample surface area and longer life.
- Automated velocity control to set point, allowing a true reflection of system velocity past the corrosion ring probes for greater accuracy.
- Automated pre-bleed with auto override to ensure no water wastage and optimum retention time for biocides.
- Automated bleed lockout override to ensure against scale forming conditions and optimum retention time for biocide dosing.
- Automated disinfection to elevate the oxidising biocide dosage at a predetermined interval or once only for a specific period of time.
