Boilers have varying demands subject to consumption requirements of the plant. Aquarius Technologies has designed a boiler blow down controller to assist with maximizing the efficiency of the boiler. Our controller automates blow down requirements using a conductivity electrode and specifically designed micro processor that samples TDS before bleeding or blowdown. This process ensures blowdowns occur only when necessary to increase efficiency of the bolier water treatment program.
