Aquarius Technologies manufacture a range of racks designed to ASTM D 2688-94. This Australian standard covers the distance and length of pipe work and the positioning of the coupon holders within the rack. Coupon racks manufactured without taking into account the standard may be providing false readings that do not reflect the actual corrosion rates.
Our inlets and outlets are manufactured using 20mm pipe, as lower sizing can also provide false sampling effects by restricting required flow.

A BCD feeder or tablet erosion feeder is a vessel used for holding a bulk amount of compressed tablets to treat the water volume for bacteria and or biofilm.
Our feeders are carefully designed to ensure even separation of water flow throughout the vessel chamber to maximize the erosion potential. This design also ensures that tablets do not leave the vessel prior to their complete erosion.
Our BCD feeders are rated at pressures to accommodate various site requirements and are easy to service and fill. They are generally used in conjunction with an ORP controller to ensure consistent dosage to a desired set level is achieved.

The Aquarius Biofilm Legionella Trap has been designed as a low cost solution for easy access to cooling water biofilm growths. Our trap produces NATA microbiological laboratory report of both the quantity and thickness of biofilm and also the microbiological population inhabiting the biofilm, in particular for legionella bacteria.
