Aquarius Technologies Pty Ltd has just completed another eighteen months of very intense effort in design and R & D leading to the release of a complete range of upgraded dosage and control equipment, all available with internal data logging facilities and RS232 communications for remote control, either locally to a PC or lap top computer, or via land line or GSM modem. Controller alarms can now be relayed as SMS messages to mobile phones to provide for full 24/7 service. A boot loader facility on all models allows for firmware upgrades either locally, or remotely when a GSM modem is fitted.
The suite of software has been re - written and released to compliment the new range of equipment. The software when installed on a PC or laptop allows for simple and easy remote control of the particular water treatment controller.
AquaGuard 2 allows for real time visualisation of the actual sensor parameters and relay status on the remote site, modifications to set point or dosage parameters can be easily uploaded and down loads of the data logged by the unit are simple and easy. The downloaded data can be automatically loaded into a suite of Excel spreadsheet templates to automate trend charts and data summaries for client reports. The Excel template allows for comprehensive analysis of the data down loaded.
A summary sheet whilst providing, averages, maximum & minimum values on the parameters logged, also calculates data on actual chemical usage, water usage, chemical costs, and performance versus budgeted amounts and costs.
AquaGuard 2 is available as a free 30 day trail with each controller purchased, after which time an Activation Key can be purchased with a life span of 15 years
Intelligent Water Treatment Controller - is an important upgrade of the KPI controller which allows for monitoring, control, and data log on cooling systems of pH, ORP, mS/cm, temperature and Linear Polarisation Corrosion Readings for umpy and pitting on two different metals. The standard probe is with Mild Steel and Copper specimens.
Upgrades include combination sensors, pH/ORP/GND & Flow/Temp/Conductivity with automatic flow control for the flow velocity on corrosion specimens. Ring Corrosion Probes machined from 19 mm heat exchanger tubing to ensure similar metallurgy and also ensure flow and velocity conditions are maintained similar to the actual heat exchanger, ensure the utmost accuracy on corrosion readings.
APL (Aquarius Proprietary Logic) allow for automatic dosage of both pH control and Oxidising biocides to meet very tight set point levels even under conditions of fluctuating system loads. The differential input circuitry on pH and ORP sensors ensure accuracy of readings, free of interference from stray voltages or ground loops. Again the KPI controller is available for local, land line or GSM communications.
